Ecco enterprises worked in collaboration with Melbourne University on the re-development of the iconic Prince Alfred Hotel in Calrton. From the outside the 1920’s exterior did not change, but on the inside we helped create a rich and flamboyant interior with a deep blue colour scheme, botanical elements and copper detailing.

Ecco was awarded the tender in conjunction with Hot Black Design, and The Prince Alfred Collective. The building features architectural design, a 3 level gastro pub with a rooftop terrace and is performing to cater for all uni patrons and the local community.

Total revenue to build the pub $3M over an 18 month period.
