At Ecco, we are passionate about giving back to the community and those in need.
Our organisational values drive how we operate and the way we engage with our strategic partners and are reflected through creative and innovative business ventures and projects that provide a platform for reaching out and changing lives. Community engagement is at the heart of fulfilling our vision and we are proud of the difference we have been able to make from our community engagement. Through our operations we are involved in projects that feed the homeless and assist RMIT University students struggling to make ends meet; we support the paediatric Butterfly Ward at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne and donate regularly to the Good Friday Appeal. Team members support a multitude of projects through Compassion Australia and World Vision and are actively engaged in community projects across Victoria, Malawi and Fiji.
Over the past 10 years, our business drivers have remained firmly focussed on delivering a diverse and consistently high standard of menu and developing positive and sustainable relationships with our customers and partners. We do not provide a formularised approach to our business, preferring to work closely with our partners in developing specific concepts and menus to meet customer needs.
Consistent with our values, ECCO Enterprises holds memberships, supports and is engaged with the following organisations:
- Child sponsorship through Compassion Australia and World Vision Australia.
- $10,000 worth of free meals for disadvantaged RMIT University Students
- Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne corporate ‘cot donor’ for hospital paediatrics Butterfly Ward.
- Good Friday Appeal – Raising funds for Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne
- Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation – Royal Walk and Fun Run to raise money for different departments within the RMH.
- VECCI – The Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) is the peak body for employers in Victoria, informing and servicing more than 15,000 members, customers and clients around the State. Our focus is on leading business into the future. We are committed to being the voice for business, representing and championing its members in a difficult regulatory environment.
- Compass Community Care – Compass Community Care is the charitable arm of Compass Church in Melbourne, which supports great local and international community based programs.
